Legal Agreement
All orders are binding. When you place an order you are accepting responsibility for all costs that are incurred. You will always receive a confirmation mail for the products that you have ordered. Bioenergiser.net will notify you within three business days when an order cannot be accepted.
Product Prices
The products are in EURO and include 19% VAT and excluding Shipping cost. All shown prices or products descriptions are subject to typo errors, please be sure to contact Bioenergiser.net about any errors.
Payment
Bioenergiser.net will process your order after receiving your payment on our (Post) bank account : E-SEE INTERNET 5328760 IBAN NL PSTB0005328760 BIC PSTBNL21. Orders will only be processed after your payment is received and confirmed.
Shipment Cost
All shipment cost are based on actual shipment prices. We send by TNT-post and UPS.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped when your payment is confirmed. when you have order the product(s) , you get a confirmed mail that we have receive your order. The delivery may take up to five business days unless the item is not in stock. Delivery time may be less than five business days if your order is in stock. Once your product(s) have been delivered you are obligated to accept the parcels from TNT-post. If you are unable to accept the delivery, your product(s) will be stored at your expense until such time that a delivery can be made. Storage fees, S&H cost may be added to your order. Please be sure to check your parcel(s) for damage. If you notice any damage, it is your responsibility to notify Bioenergiser.net and ensure that TNT-post completes a damaged goods form before returning the parcel(s).
Returns
Returns are only accepted within five working days in original, sealed packaging. You will be charged for S&H on returns. Faulty products can only return to Bioenergiser.net when they are new, unused and in the original packaging. Any damage that occurs after your have received your product(s) is only covered in any warranty you may have with the manufacturer.
Warrenty
Bioenergiser.net warrantees will never exceed that of the manufacturer and will only cover product(s) of equal or lesser value. Bioenergiser.net will not honour any claims due to mis use or damage to products if the claim exceeds the value of the product in question.
Unforessen Circumstances
Bioenergiser.net has the right in case of any unforeseen errors to delay, suspend or cancel the order placed by you. In such an event, you will be notified by mail of the details.
Liabillity
Bioenergiser.net is not liable for any damage to products by mis use or during normal usage of the products
